Wout Welvaert is a PhD student in Bioscience Engineering with a strong background in Machine Learning and Computer Science. His current research focuses on improving weakly supervised action segmentation techniques, with applications in the automatic detection of animal interactions. In addition to his research, he teaches programming and data science to bioscience engineering students.
