Dr. Nusret Ipek has been involved in a range of projects at the intersection of computer vision, statistical modelling, and machine learning. He builds end-to-end pipelines that turn large video and pairwise datasets into reliable behavioural interpretations, such as detecting agonistic interactions and deriving social hierarchies. In parallel, he applies deep learning to pharmaceutical quality control, delivering validated inspection methods with sub-second inference that can be deployed in both academic and industrial settings.
