Aqila Luthfiana Sarastya is a PhD student in Bioscience Engineering with a passion for advancing greener industry. With a background in chemical engineering and circular economy, she focuses on reducing the environmental impact of industrial processes through sustainability assessment tools such as life cycle assessment, scenario modelling, and systems thinking. Her current research focuses on developing a digital decision support tool for prospective sustainability assessment in pharmaceutical industry, integrating machine learning to support sustainability evaluations across different stages of pharmaceutical process development.
